You've learned why. Now let's learn how.
In the workshop, I shared why working with the gut-brain connection is key to finding relief from IBS. But understanding why your gut behaves the way it does is only the beginning — the next step is learning what to actually do with that understanding.
That's exactly what we're going to do together inside The IBS Rebellion.
Over 10 days, we're going to move beyond simply understanding the gut-brain connection and start putting it into practice — working with your own IBS to help calm the gut, reduce sensitivity and move towards relief.
This isn't another 10 days of information to consume. We're going to do the work together.
I've supported more than 4,000 people, and one of the most important things I've learned is that IBS rarely gives us the whole story from the symptom alone.
When somebody comes to work with me, I don't simply look at their symptoms and hand them a generic list of things to try.
I get curious. I ask questions. I look for patterns. I join dots.
I look at what may have triggered symptoms in the first place, what's maintaining them now, what amplifies them, and how the gut, brain and nervous system may be interacting for that individual person.
During The IBS Rebellion, I'm going to take you behind the scenes of that process.
I'll guide you through the kinds of questions I'd be asking and help you start looking for the patterns in your own IBS. And we'll put some of the practical approaches I use into practice together, including nervous system regulation and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
So you're not just learning more about IBS, you're putting that into practice.
